While there has been a lot of talk about the “Uberization” of trucking and tons of venture capital invested into startups which aim to provide affordable and convenient same day deliveries, you can be assured that the sharing economy won’t drastically alter freight hauling immediately, and Fedex and UPS are not disappearing anytime soon.
