We are very excited to announce our new Elite Support certification! With an enormous amount of benefits for our customers, this new certification allows us to provide even greater service than we already have in the past. Baltimore Freightliner is the 222nd location to become certified in this program that spans across 750 locations throughout North America. By improving our overall services and decreasing customer turnaround, we are able to provide unmatched support for all of our customers.

The New Express Assessment
Express Assessment allows us to get your freightliner repaired in a timely manner.
By becoming an Elite Support dealer, Baltimore Freightliner is able to provide a new service: Express Assessment. This diagnostic process allows you to receive an estimate of severity, downtime, part needs, and costs within two hours of your initial service write-up. In specific cases of high-impact repairs or multiple complaints, you will still be able to receive a diagnostic assessment within two hours of your initial service write-up. By being able to offer a quick assessment, we are able to order any parts and materials needed to fix the complaint as soon as possible, meaning that you won’t have to wait longer than necessary to get your truck back on the road.
